Da Sunan Allah, Mai Rahama, Mai Jinkai

 

Assalamu Alaikum

 

Ya ku bayin Allah, lallai abun da kowa ya sani ne, kuma aka yi ittifaki akai, cewa adalci dabi’a ce mai kyawo, kuma adalci siffah ce ta girma, kuma dabi’a ce ta masu mutunci. Kalmar adalci, kalma ce mai dadin fada, kuma kalma ce abin soyuwa a cikin zukata, kuma jin ta yana sanya sanyi-sanyi da fata na gari a cikin zuciyar duk wanda aka zalunta, don haka ne Allah (SWT) ya fada a cikin littafinsa mai girma, yace:

 

“Lallai ne Allah yana umurni da ayi adalci.” [Suratu Nahli: 90]

 

Haka nan addinin Musulunci yayi umurni da yin adalci ko da kuwa akan abokin adawa ne, kuma duk irin tsananin gabar dake tsakani kuwa. Allah Madaukaki yana cewa:

 

“Kuma kada kiyayya da wasu mutane ta dauke ku a kan ba za ku yi masu adalci ba. Kuyi adalci, domin shine mafi kusa ga takawa.” [Suratu Ma’idah: 8]

 

Ya ku al’ummah, ku sani, lallai da adalci ne Allah ya tsayar da sama da kasa, kuma adalci shine mai daidaitawa tsakanin al’amurrah, kuma da shine ake samun zaman lafiya a bayan kasa, da shine kuma ake dawowa da kowa hakkinsa. Babu yadda za’ayi a samu adalci tsakanin wasu mutane face sun yi rayuwa mai kyawo, kuma mai dadi da natsuwa, da kwanciyar hankali. Kuma su samu tsaro da ci gaba. Sannan babu yadda za’ayi a rasa adalci tsakanin wasu mutane face sunyi mummunar rayuwa maras tsari da kan gado, rayuwa irin ta dabbobi, rayuwar tashin hankali, rayuwar rashin tsaro, rayuwar yunwa, talauci da zubar da jini. Don haka ne ma Manzon Allah (SAW) ya himmatu wurin ganin ya karantar da al’ummarsa su san matsayin adalci, domin su san kimar adalci da muhimmancinsa, tare da bayyana masu girman ladar mai yin sa a ranar kiyama, don haka ne yace:

 

 

 

“Lallai masu adalci suna kan mimbarin haske, na lu’u-lu’u ranar kiyama, saboda abin da suka yi na adalci a rayuwarsu ta gidan duniya.” [Muslim]

 

 

 

Kuma kamar haka ne Manzon Allah (SAW) ya dasa siffar adalci a cikin zukatan Sahabbansa, kuma ta zama ita ce babban abin koyi a wannan kyakkyawar siffah, tun daga tasowarsa har girmansa, domin tarihi ya ruwaito muna cewa Annabi Muhammad (SAW) ya halarci Yarjejeniyar Fudul, wadda wasu mutane daga cikin kuraishawa suka hadu a gidan Abdullahi dan Jud’an suka tsara, domin tsayar da adalci tsakanin al’ummarsu, wanda aka yi kafin aiko Annabi (SAW) da Manzanci, wannan kuma ya faru ne yayin da kuraishawa suka samu sabani game da dora dutsen Hajarul-Aswad a wurinsa na ainihi lokacin ginin Ka’abah, kuma suka yarda da shi Manzon Allah (SAW) a matsayin mai yanke hukunci a tsakaninsu, kasancewarsa sananne a wurinsu da adalci da hikimah da basirah, kuma duk da kasancewar kabilar da ya fito cikinta wato Banu Hashim, ita ma daya ce daga cikin bangarorin rigimar, amma saboda tsananin yarda da shi da suka yi, da kuma sanin adalcinsa, sai suka sanya shi mai rabon rikicin.

 

 

 

Bayan Allah ya aiki Manzon Allah (SAW) da Manzanci tsakanin talikai, sai yayi kokari wurin kafa adalci tsakanin mutane, ya sanya adalci ya zamanto tsarin Musulunci a kowane irin yanayi. Daga cikin abu mafi shahara da ya bayyana dangane da Manzon Allah (SAW) wurin karfin fito da gaskiyarsa da adalcinsa, shine abin da Aisha (RA) ta ruwaito cewa:

 

 

 

“Manyan Kuraishawa sun damu da batun matar nan, wato Al-makhzumiyyah, wadda tayi sata. Ba su so a tsayar mata da haddi, saboda matsayinta da kasancewarta ‘yar manyan mutane. Sai suka ce waye zai tafi ya nemi ayi ma ta afuwa wurin Manzon Allah (SAW)? Sai wasu suka ce ai babu wanda ya dace, kuma zai iya yin gaba-gadi wurin fadawa Manzon Allah (SAW) wannan magana kamar Usamah dan Zaidu (RA), kasancewarsa babban masoyi, kuma dan-gaban-goshi a wurin Manzon Allah (SAW). Sai Usamah ya same shi ya fada masa, sai Manzon Allah (SAW) a cikin fushi yace:

 

 

 

“Yanzu ashe kai ne za ka nemi ceton wata mace akan (kada a tsayar da haddin Allah a kan ta ko)?!” Sannan ya tashi yana mai yin huduba yana cewa: “Hakika abin da ya halakar da wadanda ke gabaninku, kuma ya jefa su cikin matsala, shine sun kasance idan wani mai galihu, ko wani babban mutum daga cikinsu yayi sata, sai su kyale shi, amma idan wani maras galihu, ko wani talaka yayi sata daga cikinsu sai su tsayar masa da haddi. Na rantse da Allah!, Da ace Fatimah ‘yar Muhammad za ta yi sata, da sai na yanke mata hannu!” [Bukhari]

 

 

 

Haka nan za mu ga cewa Manzon Allah (SAW) yana damuwa a koda yaushe idan yaga an zalunci wasu mutane. Suwaidah dan Kais ya ruwaito cewa:

 

 

 

“Mun zo da wani tufafi na Bazz ni da Makhrafah Al’abdi daga garin Hujr, sai Manzon Allah (SAW) yazo ya nemi mu musanya masa da wani wando, alhali a wurinmu akwai wani mai awo, sai yace: “Ya kai mai awo, auna, kuma ka nauyaya awon (wato yayi adalci).” [Abu Dawud]

 

 

 

Manzon Allah (SAW) ya riki gaskiya da adalci a matsayin wani tsari na tafiyar da rayuwarsa, shi yasa dukkanin littatafan Sirah suka cika suka batse da bayanai na ban al’ajabi dangane da adalcin Manzon Allah (SAW). Da fifita gaskiya da adalci a kan sa da iyalansa da duk wani na kusa da shi (SAW), sawa’un a cikin wani haddi ne daga cikin haddodin Ubangiji, ko kuma cikin harkokin yaki ne, ko na zaman lafiya, da sauran harkokin yau-da-kullun. Akwai lokacin da wani daga cikin Munafukai yayi nufin tauye adalcin da Manzon Allah (SAW) yake da shi, sai Manzon Allah (SAW) yace:

 

 

 

“Tir da kai! Yanzu wanene zai yi adalci idan ban yi adalci ba?!Hakika na tabe, na bani, na shiga uku, matukar banyi adalci ba!” [Bukhari]

 

 

 

Haka nan Manzon Allah (SAW) ya lazimci yin adalci tsakaninsa da Sahabbansa a cikin al’amurrah, duk kuwa kankancinsu. Anas dan Malik (RA) ya ruwaito cewa:

 

 

 

“Manzon Allah (SAW) ya kasance a dakin wata daga cikin matansa, sai kuma wata daga cikin matansa ta aiko dan aike da abinci a kawo masa. Da ya karbi abincin, sai wadda take ranar kwananta ne ta buge kwanon abincin, wanda yake hannun mai hidimar Manzon Allah (SAW), sai kwanon ya fadi ya fashe, sai Manzon Allah (SAW) ya tsince fasashshen kwanon, yana hada shi yana cewa: “kishin babar ku (wato uwar Muminai) ya motsa.” Sai ya dakatar da dan aiken har sai da aka kawo wani kwanon daga wurin wadda ta fasa shi, ya bai wa wadda aka fasawa na ta kwanon, ya kuma mika fasasshen ga wadda ta fasa shi.” [Bukhari]

 

 

 

Ya ku jama’ah, saboda muhimmancin tsayar da adalci da matsayinsa wurin samar da zaman lafiya da kwanciyar hankali a cikin al’ummah, yasa adalcin Annabi (SAW) ya zarce har zuwa ga wadanda ma ba Musulmi ba, Abdullahi dan Mas’ud ya ruwaito cewa:

 

 

 

“Duk wanda yayi rantsuwa akan karya domin yaci kudin wani Musulmi, zai hadu da Allah yana mai fushi da shi.”

 

 

Ash’as dan Kais (RA) yana cewa:

 

“Wata rana rigima ta kaure tsakanina da wani bayahude, saboda wani fili na da yace ba nawa bane, sai na kai kararsa wurin Manzon Allah (SAW}, sai yace man: “Shin kana da shaida?‛ sai nace: ‘A’a.’ Sai yace wa Bayahuden ya rantse (kan cewa filin nasa ne), sai nace: “Ya Manzon Allah, ai shi zai iya rantsewa akan karya (kasancewarsa wanda ba Musulmi ba) kuma dukiyata za ta salwanta kenan!‛ sai Allah ya saukar da wannan aya: “Lallai ne wadanda suke sayen ‘yan tamani kadan da alkawarin Allah da rantsuwoyinsu, wadannan babu wani rabo a garesu ranar lahira, Kuma Allah ba Ya yin magana da su, kuma ba Ya dubi zuwa garesu, a ranar kiyama, kuma ba Ya tsarkakesu, kuma suna da azaba mai radadi.” [Suratu Ali Imran: 77]

 

Ya ku bayin Allah, wallahi wannan adalci na Annabi (SAW), wani mataki ne da ba’a cika samun shi ba a tsakanin gama-garin mutane. Ace a samu husuma tsakanin mutum biyu, daya mabiyi daya kuma abokin adawa, amma a samu adalci irin wannan! Ai wannan sai daga shugaban talikai, Manzon Allah (SAW). Kuma wannan shine abin da shari’ar Musulunci tazo da shi na cewa idan aka samu irin wannan husuma, to wanda yayi da’awar cewa wani abu na shi ne to sai ya kawo dalili da shaida, in kuma babu to sai daya bangaren a bukace shi da ya rantse, kamar yadda yazo a Hadisin Manzon Allah (SAW), cewa:

 

“Wanda yayi da’awar abu sai ya kawo dalili, wanda kuma ya musanta sai yayi rantsuwa.” [Bukhari]

 

Da irin wannan adalci na Manzon Allah (SAW) ne ya zama wajibi shugabanni a yau su samu abin koyi, domin rayuwa ta tafi kamar yadda Allah ya tsara ta, domin kowa yaji dadin rayuwa ba tare da wani tashin hankali ko tsangwama ba.

 

Amma kuma idan shugabanni suka ki ji, suka ki yin koyi da irin wannan adalci na Manzon Allah (SAW), suka ci gaba da yin kunnen uwar shegu da shawarwarin mu, da nasihohin mu. Suka ki tsayar da adalci a cikin al’ummah, to wallahi ina mai tabbatar maku da cewa, Allah ya sawwake, babu wanda ya isa ya tsayar da abubuwan da suke faruwa na hayaniya da rashin tsaro da ta’addanci da sace-sacen mutane a ayau, a arewa da ma Najeriya baki daya.

 

Domin duk wadannan abubuwa da suke faruwa na rashin tsaro, ina mai tabbatar maku da cewa wallahi duk abun da ya jawo su shine rashin adalcin da yayi katutu a cikin rayuwar mu! Dimbin matasan arewa an bar su babu mafita babu alkibla, ba-su-ga tsuntsu-ba-su-ga-tarko, babu abubuwan more rayuwa. ‘Yan uwan mu Fulani an bar su cikin daji, a cikin rugage, babu tsari, ba karatun addini ba na zamani, sannan babu abubuwan more rayuwa. Kuma kullun suna jin irin yadda ake yin karya na cewa an kashe makudan kudade domin ci gaban su, amma sam basu-gani-a-kasa! Wannan sai ya haifar da mummunan sharri, domin sai matasan arewa da ‘yan uwan mu Fulani suka shiga kungiyoyin ta’addanci da kungiyoyin barayi. Don girman Allah ka fada man, ta yaya za’a samu zaman lafiya a cikin irin wannan yanayi na zalunci???

 

Arewa da ‘yan arewa kullun kara talaucewa da tsiyacewa suke yi! Manyan mu sun zama kashin dankali. Kullun sai kokarin kara wa mai karfi karfi ake yi, shi kuwa talaka sai kara talaucewa da tsiyacewa yake yi. Masu hali suna kyamar talakawa, suna gudunsu. Kuma duk da wannan kuce kuna bukatar a samu zaman lafiya a arewa? Haba dai!

 

Ku sani, shi mulki, yana tabbata ko da da kafirci in dai akwai adalci, amma mulki ba ya tabbata ko da da Musulunci in dai akwai zalunci!

 

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala ya azurta kasar mu Najeriya da nau’ukan dimbin arziki daban-daban domin amfanin dukkanin mu, arzikin da, wallahi da za’ayi amfani da shi yadda ya dace, yadda ya kamata, da wallahi za mu wadatu, wannan sai yasa a samu zaman lafiya, cigaba da wadata, amma an wayi gari wannan arziki yana karewa cikin aljihun wasu mutane tsiraru! Mutum daya sai ya mallake abunda miliyoyin mutane zasu amfana da shi. Yayi ta shan daular sa, shi da iyalansa, sauran jama’ah suna kallo, wahala tana neman halaka su, kuma a haka wai zaman lafiya muke so!

 

An wayi gari tsakaninmu ma da Allah mahaliccinmu babu kyau. Allah yace muyi, muki yi, yace mu bari, muki bari. Duk wani abu da kasan Allah baya so, kuma ya hana, na zunubi da sabon, yau an wayi gari a cikin mu akwai masu aikata shi. Kuma wai duk a haka muce muna bukatar zaman lafiya, da samun tsaro! Haba wa, ai Allah ba abokin wasar mu ba ne wallahi!

 

Ya kamata mu san cewa Allah shine yake samar da zaman lafiya da tsaro da arziki da wadata, amma idan akwai adalci. Idan kuma babu adalci sai Allah ya tayar da wasu tsirarun mutane daga cikin ku su addabe ku da bala’i iri-iri har sai kun gyara kura-kuren ku.

 

Har kullun, Shugabannin Najeriya sun ki su yarda cewa talakawa suna cikin yunwa da talauci da wahala a kasar nan. Shugabannin Najeriya sun ki su yarda cewa mulkin su bai haifar da komai ba sai wahala da rashin kwanciyar hankali da rashin tsaro. Kullun sai karya ake yiwa mutane cewa komai daidai yake a Najeriya, alhali na rantse da Allah karya suke yi. Ko mahaukaci a yau yasan da cewa ana cikin matsala a Najeriya. Yunwa ta kashe mutane, ‘yan ta’adda su kashe mutane, barayi su kashe mutane.

 

Wallahi jiya-jiya nike karantawa, cewa Hukumar Kididdigar Alkalumman Bayanai ta Kasa wato ‘National Bureau of Statistics (NBS)’, ta bayyana cewa tsadar rayuwa, wahala, talauci da yunwa a Najeriya yayi tsananin da watanni talatin da suka wuce a baya, ba a taba fuskantar irin shi ba.

 

Farashin komai kullun sai karuwa yake yi, kuma babu kudin saye.

 

Sannan an wayi gari duk wasu muhimman mukamai, da jagorancin tsaro a cikin wannan gwamnatin suna hannun ‘yan arewa, amma sai duk ya zama na banza saboda rashin adalci da rashin kishi!

 

Ya jama’ah, tabbas, a yau, mun yarda, mun shaida, kuma duniya ta shaida cewa Shugaba Muhammadu Buhari ba barawo bane, amma lallai ya sani, ana zarginsa da halin ko’in-kula. Ana zarginsa da rashin iya gudanar da mulki. Ana zarginsa da kangara da taurin kai. Ana zarginsa da rashin jin shawara da sauransu. Sannan ana zargin cewa ya zuba barayi a cikin mulkin shi. Suna ta sharholiya, su da iyalansu da dukiyar al’ummah. Shi yasa aka wayi gari a yau, tsakanina da Allah, talakan Najeriya baya jin dadin mulkin Shugaba Muhammadu Buhari.

 

Sanata Ali Ndume, dan jam’iyyar Shugaban kasa ne mai mulki ta APC, balle ace dan adawa ne, wanda kuma ya kasance dan gani kashenin Shugaba Muhammadu Buhari ne, ya fada a cikin zauren majalisa, ya tabbatar ma da duniya cewa, tabbas shugaba Muhammadu Buhari ba barawo ba ne, amma fa ya zuba barayi a cikin mulkin shi.

 

Sanata Ali Ndume yaci gaba da bayyana cewa, kasancewar barayin da ke cikin mulkin shugaba Buhari, shine musabbabin hana gwamnatin shi tafiya yadda al’ummar Najeriya suke tsammani.

 

Don haka ya kamata shugaba Buhari ya sani cewa, akwai barayi da maciya amanar kasa a kusa da shi.

 

Jama’ah ko Malam bahaushe me yace? Ai cewa yayi abokin barawo barawo ne ko?! Baka yin zalunci, amma ana zalunci a cikin mulkin ka, kuma ka kasa hanawa, to me-ya-raba-dambe-da-fada?

 

Ina kira ga shugabannin Najeriya da su sani, wallahi talakawa fa suna cikin wahala a kasar nan! Kuma wannan ba komai ya jawo shi ba illa rashin adalci, hakan sai ya haifar da mummunan rashin tsaro, kamar yadda muke gani a yau!

 

Nayi imani da Allah cewa, da za’a rage wannan radadin wahala da ke damun mutane, a samar wa da dimbin matasanmu da abun yi, a rage zaman banza da rashin aikin yi, a kula da ‘yan uwan mu Fulani da ke cikin dazuzzuka da rugage yadda ya kamata, a sasanta tare da yin sulhu tsakanin mutane da kabilu daban-daban, a yafi juna, ayi kokarin tsayar da adalci, to da za’a samu saukin rashin tsaron nan da sace-sacen mutanen nan da ke damun mu, In Shaa Allahu!

 

Ina rokon Allah Sunhanahu wa Ta’ala ya kawo muna mafita daga cikin halin da muke ciki. Ina rokon Allah ya ganar da shugabannin Najeriya su fahimci halin da ake ciki, kuma ya basu ikon gyarawa, amin.
