Da Sunan Allah, Mai Rahama, Mai Jinkai
Assalamu Alaikum
Ya ku jama’ah, lallai ku sani, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala ya aiko Annabinsa, Muhammad (SAW) zuwa ga mutanen duniya baki daya, yana mai shiryarwa, kuma yana mai fitar da su daga cikin duhun jahilci zuwa ga hasken Musulunci. Sai ya zamanto mafificin jagora, mai kira, kuma mai tarbiyyah, wanda yake cikin lura da matsalolin al’ummarsa baki daya, kuma yake kokari wurin warware su, mai hangen nesa tare da fahimtar zamaninsa da kokarin kawo sauyi sannu-sannu a hankali. Ya fara da girka tsoron Allah a cikin zukatan mutane, domin yayi imani da Allah dari-bisa-dari cewa, mutanen da babu tsoron Allah tare da su, to komai suna iya aikatawa, kuma komai muninsa kuwa. Sannan ya toshe duk wata kafa, da duk wata kofar da zata kai su zuwa ga matsala da wahala, anan duniya da kuma gobe lahira. Kuma ya sanya dokoki masu karfi, wadanda a hankali, zasu tsayar da duk wanda ransa yake kokarin riya masa ya cutar da mutane babu-gaira-babu-dalili, sanadiyyar haka sai mutane suka rayu cikin aminci, walwala, lumana, kwanciyar hankali da salamah; babu mai tsangwamar wani, bare har wani ya tayar wa da wani hankali.
Ya ku ‘yan uwana, a cikin wannan makala, zan ambaci wani bangare kadan, na irin hanyoyin da Annabi Muhammad (SAW) yake bi wurin warware matsalolin da sukayi katutu a zamaninsa, wadanda kuma har koda yaushe, idan al’ummah suka bi su, to zasu yi maganin matsalolinsu da yardar Allah. Wannan yake nuni a fili karara game da gaskiyar Annabtarsa. Domin hanyarsa ta warware matsala ginanniya ce akan hanyar Allah da shari’arsa, ba akan ra’ayinsa ko son zuciyarsa ba, shi yasa aka wayi gari yaci nasara a cikin jagorancinsa, kuma duniya ta shaida hakan.
Ya ku bayin Allah, ku sani, hakika addinin Musulunci ya bayar da muhimmanci sosai wurin magance matsalar talauci, yunwa, zaman banza da rashin aikin yi ta hanyoyi daban-daban, domin yin rigakafi ga duk irin abin da zai iya kai-ya-komo a cikin al’ummah na bangaren rayuwa, ibadah, dabi’u da kuduri. Domin Annabi Muhammad (SAW) ya tabbata a ilmance, cewa, talauci, yunwa, fatara da zaman kashe wando suna da mummunan tasiri da hadarin gaske akan zaman lafiyar zuciyar Dan Adam da tunaninsa, musamman idan abin ya shafi wadanda ba su da imani mai karfi, ko wadanda basu da alaka ta kusa ko ta nesa da addini, ta yadda za ka ga wasunsu suna afka wa shaye-shaye, kamar giya, kwaya da sauran kayan maye. Sannan kuma laifuka irinsu kisan kai, sace-sace, ta’addanci da sauran ayukkan ashsha, su kan karu tsakanin masu zaman-kashe-wando da wadanda talauci yayiwa katutu, don haka ne kullun Manzon Allah (SAW) yake neman tsari sosai daga talauci, har yake hada shi da kafirci wurin addu’arsa, domin sanin cewa, talauci aboki ne ga kafirci. Misali Annabi Muhammad (SAW) yakan ce:
“Ya Allah ina neman tsarinka daga kafirci da talauci.” [Abu Dawud ne ya ruwaito]
Ya ku jama’ah, kamar yadda kuka sani ne, duniya tayi fama da matsalar talauci kwarai da gaske a can baya, kamar yadda take fama da shi kuma a yau. Koda yake Manzon Allah (SAW) ya dukufa, kuma ya tashi tsaye haikan, wurin magance wannan matsala, ta yadda ya fara da kwadaitarwa akan yin kasuwanci, aiki da sana’o’in hannu kamar yadda sauran Annabawan Allah suke yi, wadanda suka bar abin koyi ga na baya wurin ci-da-gumi ta hanyar sana’o’in hannu. Annabi Muhammad (SAW) ya fada dangane da Annabin Allah Dawuda (AS), a inda yace:
“Babu wanda yaci abinci mafi tsafta, mafi alheri kamar wanda yaci da aikin hannunsa, domin shi ma Annabin Allah Dawuda ya kasance yana ci ne daga aikin hannunsa.” [Bukhari ne ya ruwaito]
Manzon Allah (SAW) ya kasance abin koyi ga al’ummah a wannan babin, domin ya kasance yana kiwon dabbobi tun kafin a aiko shi matsayin Manzo, kuma Manzon Allah (SAW) dan kasuwa ne, domin yayi hada-hadar kasuwanci da dukiyar Khadijah (RA) kafin aiko shi; Abu Hurairah (RA) ya ruwaito daga Manzon Allah (SAW) cewa:
“Allah bai taba aiko da wani Annabi ba face yayi kiwon dabbobi” sai Sahabbansa suka ce: “Har da kai Ya Rasulallah?” Sai yace: “Kwarai kuwa, na kasance ina kiwon dabbobin mutanen Makkah akan wasu ‘yan kudi da suke bani na ladan aiki na.” [Bukhari ne ya ruwaito shi]
Annabi Muhammad (SAW) ya kasance yana kallon kowane aiki da mutuntawa da girmamawa, ma’ana baya raina aikin mutum, domin yin aiki ko wane iri ne, na halal, yafi mutum ya bige da rokon mutane da kaskanci. Har Annabi (SAW) yana fada cewa:
“Dayanku ya dauki igiyarsa, ya shiga daji, ya yo ita ce, ya dora a bayansa, ya kawo cikin gari ya sayar, ya kare mutuncinsa, yafi masa alheri akan ya rika rokon mutane, sawa’un sun bashi ko sun hana shi.” [Bukhari ne ya ruwaito shi]
Kamar yadda Manzon Allah (SAW) yake alakanta aiki da cewa cin moriyar duniya ne, kuma lada ne a ranar lahira.
Manzon Allah (SAW) ya karfafa ayyukan da zasu habaka tattalin arzikin al’ummah, ya kwakaitar da su akan suyi noma, kamar yadda mutanen Madinah suka yi da ‘yan uwansu talakawa mutanen Makkah, wadanda suka yo gudun hijirah daga Makkah ba tare da suna dauke da dukiya ko kadan ba. Abu Hurairah (RA) ya ruwaito cewa Mutanen Madinah sun cewa Manzon Allah (SAW):
“Ka raba gonakin dabinon nan tsakaninmu da ‘yan uwanmu mutanen Makkah, sai yace: “A’a!” sai suka ce: “To ku dauke mu na nauyi, mu kuma zamu yi tarayya daku wurin amfanin, sai suka ce mun ji mun gani…” [Bukhari ne ya ruwaito shi]
Manzon Allah (SAW) ya haramta wa al’ummarsa cin ribah, saboda irin abin da ta kunsa na cutarwa ga al’ummah, domin cin ribah yana dakushe habakar tattalin arziki tare da janyo ci baya da kara saka talaka cikin talauci da kunci, wanda hakan kan bayu zuwa ga rashi, kamar yadda Manzon Allah (SAW) yace:
“Ku guji abubuwa bakwai masu halakarwa…daga ciki ya ambaci shirka da Allah da cin Ribah.” [Bukhari ne ya ruwaito shi]
Kai in dai takaita maku zance, wallahi rayuwar Annabi Muhammad (SAW) kacokam din ta, misali ce a aikace ta samar da dabi’u kyawawa, wadanda za su taimaka wurin kawar da fatara, talauci da yunwa ga mutane. Anas Dan Malik (RA) ya ruwaito cewa, wani mutum daga cikin mutanen Madinah yazo wurin Manzon Allah (SAW) yana rokonsa, sai Manzon Allah (SAW) ya tambaye shi: “Shin babu komai ne a gidanka?” Sai yace: “eh, sai dai wani bargo wanda muke kwanciya a kan sashensa, kuma mu rufa da daya sashen, sai randar ruwa da muke shan ruwa da ita!” Sai Manzon Allah (SAW) yace: “Je ka kazo mani da shi”, sai yazo da shi, sai Manzon Allah (SAW) ya karbe shi, ya tambayi mutane: “Wa zai sayi wannan?” Sai wani mutum yace: “Na saya dirhami daya.” Sai Manzon Allah (SAW) yace: “Wa zai kara akan haka?” Sai wani mutum yace: na saya dirhami biyu, sai ya amsa ya bashi dirhami biyu…sai Annabi (SAW) yace masa: “Dauki dirhami daya daga ciki ka saye wa iyalanka abincin da zaka bar masu, dayan kuma ka sayi gatari ka zo mani da shi…sai ya saya ya dawo, sai Manzon Allah (SAW) yace masa tafi kaje kayo ita ce ka sayar, kada in kara ganinka cikin gari sai bayan kwana goma sha biyar…haka kuwa aka yi, mutumin nan ya tafi yana yo ita ce yana sayar wa har kudinsa suka kai dirhami goma. Ya tafi ya sayi tufafi da wasu daga cikin kudin, wasu kuma ya sayi abinci, sai Manzon Allah (SAW) yace: “Wannan ai shine mafi alheri a gare ka, yafi ka tafi ranar kiyama da alamar roko ko bara damfare a fuskarka. Sannan kuma ka sani, mutum ya mayar da roko ko bara sana’a haramun ne, kuma roko baya halatta sai ga mutane uku: talakan da talauci ya yiwa tsatsa, da wanda bashi yayi wa kanta, ko wanda ya dau nauyin biyan diyyar wani.” [Abu Dawuda ne ya ruwaito shi]
Irin wannan hanya da Manzon Allah (SAW) ya tsara a aikace wurin magance talauci, tana da ban sha’awa kwarai da gaske, kuma da ita ne za’a iya magance matsalolin da al’ummah suke fama da su na fatara da talauci, ta hanyar dagewa wurin neman halal, ta hanyar gumin mutum.
Amma idan aka wayi gari duniya tayi kunci, ta yadda mutum ya kasa samun abin da zai ishe shi ya kare mutuncinsa da na iyalansa, to anan Musulunci ya samar da mafita. Wannan mafita kuwa ita ce, dole me masu hannun da shuni su tallafa wa makwabtansu talakawa, saboda abin da ke tsakaninsu na kusanci da dangantaka. Kuma Allah Ta’ala ya siffanta hakan da cewa wani hakki ne wanda yake wajibi a sauke shi. A inda yace:
“Ka bai wa makusanci hakkinsa.” [Suratur-Rum, aya ta 38]
Kamar yadda rayuwar Manzon Allah (SAW) tazo tana mai tabbatar da hakan a aikace, tana mai tsara taimakekeniya tsakanin al’ummah… Jabir (RA) ya ruwaito cewa wani mutum daga cikin kabilar Uzrah ya ‘yanta bawansa da sharadin bayan mutuwarsa, sai labarin ya je wa Manzon Allah (SAW), sai yace masa: “Shin kana da wata dukiyar sabaninsa? Sai yace: A’a…Sai Manzon Allah (SAW) yace: ” Wa zai sayi wannan bawan daga gare ni? Sai Nu’aim Dan Abdullahi Al’adawi ya saya dirhami dari takwas, sai Manzon Allah (SAW) ya kawo masa kudin yace: amsa ka sadaukar da wannan ga kanka, idan wani abu ya ragu sai ka bai wa iyalanka, idan wani abu ya ragu sai ka bai wa makusantanka, idan wani abu ya ragu sai kayi kaza da kaza da shi… gabanka da damanka da hagunka.” [Muslim ne ya ruwaito shi]
Sannan idan mawadatan makusanta suka kasa wurin magance matsaloli da bukatun makusantansu, to anan aikin al’ummah gaba daya yazo kenan, na fitar da Zakkah da take wajiba ga talakawa, wadda ba ya halatta a bai wa mawadaci ita. Manzon Allah (SAW) yace: “Sadaka (wato Zakkah) ba ta halatta ga mawadaci, ko ga lafiyayye wanda yake daidaitacce.” [Abu Dawuda ne ya ruwaito]
Ya ku bayin Allah, da wannan ne Manzon Allah (SAW) yayi wancakali da mai zaman banza wurin bashi dukiyar al’ummah, domin ingiza ire-irensa wurin aiki da ci-da-gumi. Kuma idan Zakkah ta kasa daukar nauyin talakawa, to nauyin zai koma kai tsaye kan asusun gwamnati (wato baitul-mali), domin magance matsalar talauci, yunwa da zaman banza, anan sai asusun gwamnati ya zama mafaka ga duk wani mabukaci, dan kasa, Musulmi da wadanda ba Musulmi ba. Abin da Manzon Allah (SAW) yayi wa mutanen suffah (wato Ahlus-Suffah) yana nuna haka. Domin bai kamata ba, kuma sam bai dace ba ace gwamnati ta ki taimakawa talakawa da dukiyar kasa!
Idan aka samu talaka a cikin mutane wanda ba zai iya yin aiki ba, ya zama dole kuma wajibi ga dukkanin mutane su fitar da sadaka don neman yardar Allah, kuma wannan abu ne da Musulunci ya kebanta da shi, shi yasa zamu ga Annabi (SAW) yana koya wa Sahabbansa jiyarwa. An karbo daga Jarir dan Abdullahi yace:
“Manzon Allah (SAW) yayi muna Khudubah, ya kwadaitar da mu akan yin sadaka, sai mutane suka dan yi jinkiri wurin bayar wa, har sai da aka ga alamar fushi a fuskarsa (SAW). Sai wani mutum cikin Mutanen Madinah yazo da buhu ya gabatar, sai mutane suka biyo bayansa suna ta bayar wa, saboda farin ciki har sai da aka ga alamar murna a fuskarsa. Sai Manzon Allah (SAW) yace: “Duk wanda ya fara aikata wata Sunnah mai kyau, to yana da ladarta da kwatankwacin ladar wanda yayi aiki da ita, ba tare da an tauye wani abu ba cikin ladarsu. Kuma duk wanda ya fara aikata wata mummunar Sunnah, to yana da laifinta da kuma laifin wanda yayi aiki da ita, ba tare da an tauye wani abu cikin laifinsu ba.” [Muslim ne ya ruwaito shi]
Ya ku jama’ah, wallahi da wadannan irin halaye masu kyau ne kadai al’ummah za ta tsayu kuma ta daidaita, kuma ta kubuta daga sharrin hassada, gaba, ganin kyashi da kallon abin da yake hannun wasu. Kuma da wannan ne da taimakon Allah, za’a iya magance matsalolin rashin tsaro da suka addabi al’ummah, musamman arewa. Domin wallahi, ina mai shaida maku, tare da tabbatar maku da cewa, matukar wasu sun koshi wasu kuma suna kwana da yunwa, to al’ummah ba za ta taba zama lafiya ba. Mafarkin samar da tsaro kuma zai zama wasar yara.
Wannan shi yake nuna irin nasarorin da addinin Musulunci ya samu wurin warware matsalar talauci, yunwa da zaman banza. Kuma hakan yana nuna cewa lallai, tabbas, wannan addinin na Musulunci, addinin Allah ne ba na mutum ba. Kuma hakan mafi girman dalili ne akan Annabtar Manzon Allah (SAW).
Ya ku jama’ah, kamar yadda kuka sani ne, kuma kuka shaida, har kullun muna ta yin kira ga hukumomi da masu ruwa da tsaki a cikin dukkan al’amurra cewa, lallai fa ya zama wajibi a tsayar da adalci a cikin al’ummah domin samun zaman lafiya. To amma ina ganin wasu suna ganin laifin mu akan haka. Alhali basu sani ba, ko kuma sun manta cewa, wallahi babu yadda za’a yi a samu zaman lafiya a inda babu adalci. Wannan ita ce Sunnar Allah akan ko wadanne irin mutane! Idan kun tsayar da adalci a tsakaninku sai ku zauna lafiya. Idan kuwa aka samu akasin haka sai a shiga matsala. Allah ya kiyaye, amin.
Yanzu don Allah ku dubi wani irin hukunci da aka yanke yau a wata kotun Najeriya. Wai an tura Sanata Ali Ndume kurkuku, akan ya kasa kawo Abdur-Rashid Maina da ake tuhuma da satar dukiyar al’ummah, wanda shi Sanata Ndume ya tsaya wa beli. Amma a daya gefen, duk duniya ta shaida cewa Sanata Abaribe yana nan yana yawon sa, duk da shima ya kasa kawo Nnamdi Kanu da ya tsaya wa beli. Lallai akwai bukatar Babban Jojin Najeriya ya fito yayi muna bayani akan wannan shari’a mai fuska biyu. Mu ba wai muna goyon bayan laifin da Abdur-Rashid Maina yayi ba ne. Maina dai laifinsa zargin satar dukiyar kasa ce, Nnamdi Kanu kuwa ana tuhumarsa da cin amanar kasa ne. Amma sai gashi an kama Ndume an kyale Abaribe.
To ko dai saboda kwanan nan Sanata Ali Ndume ya fito yace barayi sun yi yawa a cikin gwamnatin Shugaba Muhammadu Buhari, shi ya kawo wannan? To Allah ya sawwake, amin.
