First Batch of Nigeria Umrah Pilgrim undergoes Covid 19 test in Saudi Arabia

    The first batch of Nigeria Umrah Pilgrims who are currently in Madina has undergone Covid 19 test to after their 3 days quarantine in Madinah.

     

    The test were conducted to ascertain their Covid 19 status after the 3 days mandatory quarantine in Madinah.

    Indonesia raises umrah reference rate to accommodate higher COVID-19 costs

    However, out of 75 samples collected, 3 were tested positive and are set to undergo a second round of test today for final confirmation.

     

    A travel agent who is currently with the pilgrims in Saudi Arabia told HAJJ REPORTERS that “ the second test will be done today and if they were confirm positive, then they will be made to undergo another 10 days quarantine and another test will be done before they can proceed with their Umrah”

    The remaining 72 pilgrims are set to proceed to Makkah in two days time after they might have completed their Ziyara in Madinah.
