Permanent EU, UK, and US Residents can Perform Umrah with Visa on arrival -Saudi Ministry of Hajj

The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced today that individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America are allowed to perform Umrah without the need for a prior visa.

The Ministry said on the Twitter platform that the decision comes within the framework of facilitating the procedures for pilgrims to arrive and perform Umrah rituals, providing all services with high quality, and enriching the cultural and religious experience of pilgrims, in accordance with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

Umrah performers from these categories can book an appointment to perform Umrah through the Nusk application or perform Umrah directly.

This decision comes within the framework of the Kingdom’s efforts to make performing Umrah easier and more convenient for all Muslims from all over the world.

Saudi Arabia allows residents of those countries to obtain a visa upon arrival for the purpose of Umrah or tourism, and this includes first-degree relatives of the visa holder.
