The Director General of the Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Alhaji Laminu Rabi’u Danbappa, has returned from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia today along with a group of supporters.
Addressing the residents of Galadanci Ward, Gwale Local Government, and the Hajj Centre officers from the 44 Local Governments, Alhaji Laminu Rabi’u outlined his priorities during the trip.
His focus is on improving accommodation, feeding, and transportation for pilgrims in the state for the upcoming 2024 Hajj.
During the address, Alhaji Laminu Danbappa took the opportunity to congratulate the Executive Governor of Kano State, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusif, on his recent Supreme Court victory.
He urged all management staff of the Board to provide necessary cooperation to achieve the set goals. Alhaji Laminu Rabi’u promised to work in tandem with all staff to attain the objectives.
Expressing appreciation, he commended Governor Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusif for consistently providing opportunities to the Board.
