The Executive Governor of River State, His Excellency, Siminalayi Fubara has paid for the 2024 hajj seats allocation FOR River State before the expiration of the deadline set by NAHCON.
HAJJ REPORTERS learned that the Sole Administrator of River State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board Abdulrrazaq Diepriye revealed this today during the meeting between NAHCON and States Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Boards Executives that took place at Hajj House in Abuja

According to our sources, Abdulrrazaq Diepriye informed the meeting that his State Governor has paid for the allocations to the state before the deadline. The announcement was greeted with rousing applause with participants at the meeting thanking the Governor for the good gesture and praying for his administration.
The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria has allocated 34 seats to River State for 2024 hajj. The sources said the Governor might pay for more seats due to the low response for hajj registration from other states
